Working Documentation
Working documentation is a set of textual and graphic documents that ensure the implementation of technical solutions approved in the project documentation for a capital construction facility. It is required for carrying out construction and installation works, procuring equipment, products, and materials, and/or manufacturing construction items.
Arm-Architect develops high-quality working documentation and implements non-standard, complex assemblies that will subsequently be executed on-site. When developing working and technical solutions, we always seek the right balance between cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and practicality. Working documentation is developed in accordance with GOST R 21.101-2020.
Key characteristics of this stage include: high level of detail for all solutions, the ability to procure materials, products, and equipment; preparation of bills of quantities by section; cost estimation; and a full set of drawings required to commence construction and installation works.
