Project Documentation
Project documentation is a set of documents that reveal the essence of a project and justify its feasibility and viability. It defines the architectural, functional and technological, structural, and engineering-technical solutions for the construction, reconstruction, or major repair of capital construction facilities and engineering infrastructure. The primary purpose of project documentation is to determine the feasibility of constructing a facility, taking into account external conditions such as fire safety, sanitary, and technological standards.
Arm-Architect develops project documentation in accordance with Government Resolution No. 87. We prepare the following sections: Section 2 "Site Planning Organisation Scheme", Section 3 "Spatial Planning and Architectural Solutions", Section 4 "Structural Solutions", Section 5 "Information on Engineering Equipment", Section 7 "Construction Organisation Project", Section 8 "Environmental Protection Measures", Section 11 "Accessibility Measures for Persons with Disabilities", Section 13 "Other Documentation".
